The unique V-shaped design of the band ensures even pressure distribution across the fitting, making installation straightforward and eliminating the need for adhesives. These clamps are engineered to meet or surpass OEM performance standards, ensuring a leak-resistant seal on DPF systems.

This product is specifically designed as a direct replacement for DPF system flange connections. It can be easily assembled and disassembled, making installation simple. Crafted from stainless steel, it offers exceptional durability and tensile strength. The assembly utilizes a 5/16″ bolt, with a recommended torque range of 170-200 in-lbs. For optimal results, it’s advisable to use a torque wrench during installation, as an impact gun is not recommended.
