The undersigned purchaser understands and agrees that dealer makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, and disclaims all warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, with regard to the parts and/or accessories purchased; and that in no event shall dealer be liable for incidental or consequential damages or commercial losses arising out of such purchase. The undersigned purchaser further agrees that the warranties excluded by dealer, include, but are not limited to any warranties that such parts and/or accessories are of merchantable quality or that they will enable any vehicle or any of its systems to perform with reasonable safety, efficiency, or comfort.
The factory warranty constitutes all of the warranties with respect to the sale of this item\items. The Seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. No returns on special order or electrical parts and open kits. A 20% restocking fee will be applied for any returns within 30 days. Cores must be returned in original packaging within 30 days of purchase to receive any core credit. The original receipt is required for all returns. The return will be processed on the original form(s) of payment less any applicable fees as stated above.
